Galapagos Cruise with Safari Camp
Eclipse Cruise & Safari Camp Adventure
Set sail on the luxury Eclipse yacht for an exciting 6 day/5 night cruise through the Galapagos Islands, followed by several days at the unique Safari Camp! This one-of-a-kind itinerary lets you experience the best of the Galapagos – from exploring various islands from your base on the Eclipse, to enjoying the natural beauty of Santa Cruz Island from Safari Camp.
Begin your trip with two nights in Quito in the heart of the colonial district, from luxury boutique hotel Casa Gangotena. From here, take a short flight to the Galapagos Islands, where you’ll board the 48-passenger Eclipse yacht, truly a Galapagos gem and the ideal base for a 6 day/5 night cruise. The Eclipse offers the perfect mix of personalized service & intimate atmosphere of a smaller boat with the special features and amenities available on larger ships. There are several cabin categories, ranging from Staterooms to Deluxe Staterooms (suite level), delightful al fresco dining area where most meals are served, Jacuzzi, large sun & shade deck – and more! Excursions are led by top naturalist guides, with a ratio of just 12 guests per guide.
The Eclipse cruise takes travelers to Isabela Island, the largest in the archipelago; Fernandina Island, the youngest; and to various highlights of the Eastern Islands. Ask us about 4 day/3 night and 5 day/4 night cruises on the Eclipse.
After the cruise, begin the next part of your Galapagos adventure, with a several-day stay on Santa Cruz Island, based at the stunning Safari Camp. Set in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island is this peaceful campsite, where finches are a common site, and African-style safari tents offer a relaxing escape close to nature. This is the ideal retreat for being as close to nature as possible. After a full day of explorations, relax on the terrace at the camp and enjoy a spectacular sunset over the Pacific. Safari Camp includes gourmet meals, a spacious lodge, terrace, pool, and some spa services. Your stay at Safari Camp will include a visit to the cloud forest to see giant tortoises in the wild, as well as a day to choose from several exciting activities offered – from hiking the property, to kayaking, mountain biking, and more.
