Staying at the villa offers a unique wildlife opportunity on property you will be able to see: Marine Iguanas, Sea Lions, Rays, Lava Gulls, Frigate Birds, Pelicans, Blue Footed Boobies, Night Herons, Sally Lightfoot Crabs, Darwin Finches, Yellow Warblers and a number of other birds. We custom tailor our itineraries to make a trip design specifically to meet your interests. On a live aboard cruise you have approximately 4 hours per day where you are ashore viewing wildlife. Our program is all custom and chartered so we leave in the morning when you want to leave and return in the afternoon when you want to return. If you want to spend 6 hours or more on an island seeing the wildlife and taking photos we are happy to offer you that ability.

The feedback we have had from our past guests has told us they have not felt they have compromised on the wildlife viewing, but rather gained from the experience by the custom tailoring and offered them more of a vacation like atmosphere which they prefer over a regimented cruise.

Why a villa / yacht program in the Galapagos versus a traditional yacht program?.

From the villa you will be able to visit many of the islands that the yacht programs do, but at your own pace. You will be able to observer most of the wildlife that yacht itineraries have but in a much more intimate way. The villa is located in a strategic area which would allow you to see and do much more variety of experiences, than the traditional yacht excursions. You will be able to visit different islands in a private boat during the day and comeback to a fabulous dinner on your villa terrace under some amazing skies. On a villa based experience, the excursions are actually longer...you will have more time to explore each place you visit. You will also be on your OWN time - rather than a regimented boat time and itinerary. You willl have your own exclusive guide that works only with your family/group and cater to your specific interests and having the flexibility to modify the trip based on what you see and do. You will be able to stop your boat when you see the school of dolphins or turtles or sea lions, and dive in and swim with them! Sample activities: kayak, dive a d hike to the top of the volcano, Cabling down one of the lava tunnels...Swimming with penguins and so much more..
